Metbaber is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Clients can post tasks specifying platform, action, quantity, price per task, and deadline. All tasks must comply with our content guidelines and Ethiopian laws.
Workers must complete tasks as specified in the instructions. Submissions must include verifiable proof (screenshots, links, etc.).
Workers are paid after task approval by the client. Payments are processed within 24 hours of approval.
If a client rejects a submission unfairly, workers can open a dispute. Our support team will review and make a final decision within 3 business days.
Workers must maintain quality standards. Repeated low-quality submissions may result in account restrictions. Clients must provide clear instructions and fair evaluations.
A 50% deposit is required before starting any web development project. For projects under 10,000 ETB, full payment may be required upfront.

We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. Major scope changes may incur additional fees.
Upon full payment, you own the completed website. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.
Hosting and maintenance are optional services. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers.

All business listings must be accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that violate our guidelines.

Users may leave reviews for businesses. We do not edit or remove reviews unless they violate our content guidelines (false information, harassment, spam).

Freelancers must complete profile verification before accepting projects. Certain categories may require skills testing.
Clients post projects with budgets, deadlines, and requirements. Funds are held in escrow until project completion.
